Come and gather for a morning of filling up the well, yours, that is! We move, sing, tell stories, listen, witness and revel in stillness and silence, too! We lighten our loads when we share our silly and profound selves with a community based in affirmation and ease. All are welcome. Lisa will welcome guest leaders from time to time, too!

Lisa Laing
Lisa Laing is a dancer, fitness professional and cancer exercise specialist using InterPlay throughout these various aspects of her life. She has brought InterPlay to incarcerated women at York Correction Facility in CT, to many spiritual groups as well as to elementary school aged children.
Lisa is one of the Northeast Regional InterPay Leaders (as well as a Regional event coordinator) and has co-lead the InterPlay Life Practice Program and Secrets of InterPlay in the northeast with both Katrina Browne and CC King.
