Want to get away? How about getting here, to your very own time of easy, embodied retreat? Ahhh…

Deepening...

InterPlay Monthly Daylong ReTREATS
Coke Nakamoto

Oakland, CA

Last Saturdays • Jan 28, Feb 25, Mar 31, Apr 28, May 26 & Jun 30 • 9:30 am-4 pm

Come and play your way into the nod, whisper or downright howl in your life. To a day devoted to your own relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation!

At each InterPlay Deepening Daylong ReTREAT, we’ll move, tone, tell and be still in ways that will help the sediment of our lives fall away, and free our body wisdom to rise to the surface…all while having fun! In the morning, we’ll play, splash and soak in the forms and tools of InterPlay. In the afternoon, we’ll further nourish and savor our body wisdom, and have time for individual focus sessions. As always, there will be the opportunity for playful connection with ourselves, with each other and with the Great Mystery, in which we awaken, rest and ride.

Deepening Daylongs are great for InterPlay Life Practice graduates, for those with InterPlay experience, and for those with high degrees of willingness!

Please plan to bring your lunch or to explore nearby eateries.

Cost: $50-$80 sliding scale

Registration/Information: 510/465-2797 or info@interplay.org
