The Seattle InterPlay community’s many teachers offer classes and special events at various times during the year.

Most classes and events are for beginners.

Advanced classes focus on particular forms and skills, such as:

• creative writing
• contact/lifting
• collage
• suspended flying
• storytelling
• movement and dance
• performance skills

For those with advanced willingness to play we have a vibrant, on-going Play Group that meets weekly and provides a great space to practice.

We also periodically host an “Untensive” (the opposite of Intensive!). This is a multiple-day opportunity for play, community, relaxation, and reflection, usually held at a retreat center (where someone else is doing the cooking!) and often features InterPlay Leaders from other parts of the world. Beginning and advanced InterPlayers are welcome to attend Untensives.

For people who aren’t satisfied with simply dabbling in InterPlay, and want to jump in with both feet and a smile, InterPlay offers a Leadership Program.

Seattle Leadership Program Grads meet quarterly to share the joy of play!
