I started my InterPlay life by diving into an Untensive. Wow! The experience was comfortable, affirming yet challenging and I was hooked. That was ten years ago and what seems like a lifetime. I now listen to my body wisdom (or at least try to) and move along my path with more ease and grace. I'm so privileged to be able to share InterPlay with others and watch the magic happen.
