Create more ease, community, grace, energy, and joy in all parts of your life; Uncover the deep resources of your “body wisdom.” Explore new life possibilities in a community that says “yes!” to you. Join the 400plus people already involved in the Life Practice Program. The Life Practice Program will lead you to deep places in your life—the places that feed, nourish, and energize. It creates powerful connections with others in a community that is open and accepting. The Seattle InterPlay® Life Practice Program includes monthly group sessions and a Secrets One Retreat. In each of the 8 monthly sessions we learn about and embody one or two of the eight InterPlay Body Wisdom Tools, and deepen our practice of the InterPlay forms. This occurs experientially, through playing with the forms, presentations, discussion and focus sessions. In between meetings, reading and writing reflection and individual time with the leaders deepen and strengthen your experience.
