What are the signs that I “need” an Untensive?
An Untensive is a multiple-day retreat that will gently immerse you in the easy-body practices of InterPlay, a 20-year-old system that can create more connection and ease in your life. InterPlay is incremental and affirming.
In InterPlay you will find new access to your stories, movement and voice. This is the easiest way to experience the powerful integration of mind, body, heart and spirit. It is also the quickest way to community connection. You will also learn concrete tools that you can apply in your daily life, like exformation, body wisdom practices, easy focus, and the physicality of grace.
InterPlay is something that any body can do—regardless of size, shape,Change? ability, color, background, gender, orientation, belief, or nationality. All you need is a little willingness. Expect to laugh, savor and relax. Expect to be surprised by what you can do!
What if I am shy or not sure that I am creative enough?
InterPlay is happening in 50 cities on five continents. Over 700 people have graduated from the InterPlay Life Practice Program. Many people are applying InterPlay in their personal, professional and organizational lives. InterPlay is a great multicultural, peace-building practice.
MFT/LCSW CEUs Body Wisdom BCEU approval No. 2583. Course meets the qualification for 20 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Refunds will be given up to two days before the event minus a $20 processing fee.

The InterPlay Way for Helping Professionals provides transformational tools, ideas and practices for therapists, social workers, spiritual directors, hospice workers, spiritual leaders and others. It draws on the deep body wisdom of the InterPlay philosophy and applies it specifically to the challenges, stresses and needs of those who are helping others.
The program begins with a full weekend led by an InterPlay master teacher and six follow-up sessions facilitated by a local InterPlay leader with a special interest in the ways that InterPlay can be applied in these professional settings.
Tuition for The InterPlay Way is $750. This includes the full weekend event (non-residential) and the six ongoing sessions. Tuition for the weekend alone is $350. It is possible to attend the weekend event as a way of discerning whether to continue in the ongoing biweekly sessions.
This program meets the qualifications for 28 hours of continuing education credit (CEUs) for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. No. 2583.

Workshops
InterPlay is also presented in workshop formats over the course of a day or two. Often these workshops have a particular focus, weaving InterPlay with performance, team building, spirituality, recovery issues and other subjects. These workshops happen all over the country and in other parts of the world.

At an “Untensive” retreat, you get to relax, connect, play, laugh, be moved and you get to learn helpful ideas and tools that can create more ease, fullness, purpose and satisfaction in your life.
Do you want more fun in your life?
InterPlay can change your life and change your world by giving you easy access to the wisdom of your body. What if you could make choices in your life based on what works best for you, rather than what others think is right?
You don’t have to be an extroverted artist to do InterPlay. Most of us are pretty shy and few of us think of ourselves as being all that creative. InterPlay is easy and incremental. It is a gradual and affirming way to find freedom and fun.
