1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 7:15-8:45 pm

InterPlay is an approach to movement, story, voice, connection and stillness designed to unlock the wisdom within and help us thrive by bringing body, mind, heart and spirit together. What’s the difference between play, creating spontaneously, and being alive? Want it all? Practice the spiritual discipline of following the ease, aah’s, and aha’s in your body. Begin with a simple hand movement, a single word, a long breath... These are the doorways to magic moments of story, dance, and vocal play. InterPlay’s accessible and affirming approach supports all levels of experience. Beginners welcome!
