...ease, connection, surprising solutions!
Moving Our Lives with InterPlay
C.C. King
Concord, MA
Thursday mornings, alternate weeks 10-11:30 AM ; Winter series: January 11-March 22; Spring series: April 5-June 14
Create more ease, community, grace, energy, and joy in all parts of your life. Join in with InterPlay, an active creative way to unlock your body’s wisdom. Experiment with stretching, breathing, moving your hand in dance, 3-sentence stories, fake folk dancing, fake foreign languages…and in the process build very real opportunities for your body, mind heart and spirit to work together again.
InterPlay is a system of ideas and practices that can help you reshape your life and communities. It allows us to have all of our passion and all of our purpose. We can shift from a work ethic to an ethic of play—from “life is hard” to “life can be easier.”
This group is suitable for adults of all ages and abilities – all you have to do is “show up!”
Cost: $80 for series of 6 classes; $15 drop-in; ask about bartering
