This workshop offers a soulful place to discover, discern, and welcome the wisdom of the body through practices that develop ease in movement, voice, stillness, and sharing our stories. Beginning with one-hand dances, one-breath songs, hand-to-hand movement with partners and thirty-second stories about light hearted and meaningful topics, explore the power of witnessing, noticing and affirmation in soul work. InterPlay opens paths of connection between cultures and faiths. Its great for spiritual directors, therapists, clergy, anyone interested in reintegrating body mind heart and spirit.
