Skiing & Snowboarding as Renewal for Your Soul by Dr. Marcia McFee and Rev. Karen Foster
Out of their passion for snow sports and their belief that spirituality should be fun and exhilarating, Marcia McFee and Karen Foster explore snow sports as tangible experiences of the spiritual essence of our bodies and the earth. With humor and grace, they seek out the life lessons to be learned from adventures in the snow and offer inspirational perspectives on the spiritual aspects of skiing and snowboarding for all skill levels.

Alison Luterman swings from portraits of teenage Olympian gymnasts to stolid Alaskan moose, from reflections on African village life to chronicles of Oakland. Her poetry investigates the place where intimate life dances with global concerns, where men and women and trees and peacocks and street corners start talking with each other.
DANCE-A SACRED ART; DISCOVERING THE JOY OF MOVEMENT AS SPIRITUAL PRACTICE by Cynthia Winton-Henry
Drawing from years of experience as co-founder of the international practice of InterPlay, Cynthia delves into dance as a place of solace and restoration, as well as an energizing spiritual force. She taps into the spirit of dancing throughout history to provide detailed exercises that will help you learn to trust your body and interpret its physical and spiritual intentions, including ways to celebrate your unique physicality and spirituality, Unify body and mind, work through trauma, deepen your relationships and find spiritual direction.

InterPlayce is the center of the InterPlay universe. The offices for Body Wisdom, Inc. are also located here. The building is at the corner of 23rd and Telegraph, one block north of West Grand. It is just a few blocks from the 19th Street Downtown Oakland BART station, and on several convenient bus lines. On-street parking is always available at night and metered during the day. It is also easily accessible by several of the major freeways.

Cynthia Winton-Henry
Cynthia Winton-Henry, co-founder of InterPlay with Phil Porter, has researched "what the body wants" in the arts, in jails, shelters, slums, hospitals, churches, businesses, classrooms, doctoral programs in theology and the arts, and in multicultural education. She develops somatic curriculums to address racism, leadership for the Earth, and spiritual intelligence with an eye to supporting millennials. Anita Bondi
Anita discovered InterPlay during her senior year at East Stroudsburg University in 1986. Almost a decade later, when her dance injuries threatened to end her movement career, she came back to improvisation and became a certified InterPlay leader. It saved her life and that is the truth! It has opened up doors and windows that she would have never seen. All of this has led her to the creation of The InterPlay Inspiration Deck. The deck was released in 2009 and consists of 22 of the principles and practices of InterPlay brought to life with stories, colors and symbols. It is a great tool for seasoned InterPlayers, as well as an easy , delightful introduction to InterPlay for anyone else!
