Choice of 2 four day workshops: Intensive Skills Course and The Secrets of InterPlay which run concurrently over four days.

The Intensive Skills Course introduces InterPlay through dance, movement, voice, and storytelling, and welcomes new people as well as experienced players. People make connections to areas such as performance, creativity, community, work, as well as self transformation and healing.

Secrets of InterPlay offers a more reflective learning environment and is an essential part of the InterPlay Leadership Program. It explores the philosophy and ethics of play, promotes a more embodied lifestyle and encourages individuals to lead and create a more playful life.

Trish Watts
Trish Watts A singer, songwriter, educator and community choir director, with over 40 years experience as a performer, animator and creative arts facilitator in Australia and overseas. Co-founder of InterPlay Australia, she has completed studies in Voice Movement Therapy in the US. Trish has published over 10 collections of original music. She offers workshops and retreats in singing, creativity, spirituality and body wisdom. Phil Porter
Phil is one of the founders of InterPlay. He is a teacher, performer, writer, and organizer. With Cynthia Winton-Henry he is the co-founder of WING IT! Performance Ensemble, and has written several books, some in collaboration with Cynthia, including Having It All: Body, Mind, Heart & Spirit Together Again at Last and The Slightly Mad Rantings of a Body Intellectual Part One. Phil is particularly interested in the use of InterPlay in organizational life, and believes that InterPlay can be a powerful tool to create communities of diversity and peace.
Rod Pattenden
Rod Pattenden is a restless improviser and experimenter with forms, founder of InterPlay Sydney Australia. Rod is an artist, art historian, and educational facilitator interested in the connection between spirituality and the arts. He has written and lectured widely on these aspects of the arts and creativity in Australia and overseas. He is Coordinator of the Institute for Theology and the Arts and a member of the Blake Society for Religious Art. He has particular strengths in the areas of the visual arts, performance skills, movement and exploring the processes of creativity. Rod has a BA Visual Arts (arts practice), M Phil (art history), M Theol (hons), and Dip Ed.
