A Special evening with Dr. Ginny Whitelaw
Movement Pattern Training Session
The Patterns in One, The Patterns in Pairs

Oakland, CA
Wednesday One Time Event February 10, 2010 • 7 ‐ 9:30 pm
If you already know about the 4 energy patterns of personality, you know
what a powerful foundation they provide for accelerating development. And
if you don’t yet know about the patterns, you’re in for a double treat.
In this session, you’ll have a chance to explore the energy patterns in pairs, through all the understandings and misunderstandings of relationships, including communication patterns and reactions to conflict. We encourage you to bring a guest—so you have a ready partner in experiencing how the different patterns play out.
Of course , you can’t understand yourself in relationships any better than you understand yourself, so we’ll also explore how to accelerate selfunderstanding through meditation and how every pattern can support you in the process. We’ll have chairs available for sitting meditation, but if you’d rather sit on cushions, bring them along.
Ginny Whitelaw, Ph.D. is a recognized expert in developing the whole leader. Co‐founder of Focus Leadership, she has also led programs for Oliver Wyman Leadership Development for many years, and served on the faculty of Columbia University’s Senior Executive Program. She is the co‐author (with Betsy Wetzig) of Move to Greatness, based on 4 energy patterns in the nervous system, and led the development of the FEBI, which measures these patterns in one’s personality. A biophysicist by training, Dr. Whitelaw worked for 10 years at NASA, becoming the Deputy Manager for integration of the Space Station Program. She is also a Zen priest and holds a 5th degree black belt in Aikido.
