Sunlight of the Spirit
An InterPlay retreat for people in recovery
Mary Sobrina Kuder and
Susan Main

Healdsburg, CA
One Weekend May 21-23, 2010 • Fri 6 pm thru Sun noon
Join Susan Main and Mary Kuder at Bishop’s Ranch on a sunny knoll nestled among the forests, farms and vineyards of Sonoma county. This retreat center is home to the beautiful swing pavilion, an amazing play space, comfortable lodgings and wholesome meals.
We will blend InterPlay tools, recovery wisdom and fellowship to enhance our One Day at a Time journey… to be our juiciest most authentic selves. We will play with simple structures and practices of InterPlay that compliment and expand the possibilities of our commitment to living an embodied life. Movement, voice, stillness, contact, humor, story, and noticing are our playgrounds for renewed joy, more healing, more fullness and deep re-connection to ourselves and our communities.
Susan Main has been dancing with both InterPlay and recovery, her two joyous spiritual realms for over two decades. She has a BA in Dance and Theatre, is a certified InterPlay Leader and is a member of Wing It! Performance Ensemble. In her classes and workshops, Susan creates a very safe, loving and playful haven for creativity, spiced with her sassy sparkle and humor.
Mary Sobrina brings a lifetime of art, many years of recovery, and fifteen years as a certified InterPlay Leader to inspire individuals and build community. The integrity and dedication to her own artistic life, InterPlay and recovery practices are the strengths of her teaching. Her gatherings are spirit-filled, passionate, creative and sensitive.
