Here's a chance to play and laugh with others in an affirming atmosphere. We'll mess around with simple singing, movement, and story forms to connect with individual and group body-wisdom and creativity. Then you can try a 3-song or 1 arm dance everyday life for more ease and playfulness! Workshop will be taught in English, but most of the exercises do not require you to speak in English.
