playing for empowerment and accelerated personal growth

MInd Body Spirit Spa

Anita Bondi and Leah Mann

Atlanta, GA

Saturday 1 day 9AM - 6PM, Saturday, October 23, 2010

Combining dynamic play with wise and whimsical facilitation, this day-long workshop will focus on renewal, inspiration, and nurturing. Our goals will be empowerment and accelerated personal growth. We will play with the areas of our lives that need to move from contraction to release, from dis-ease to ease, and from suppression to expansion. We will move our bodies, tell our stories, and learn new ways to "lighten up". Our bodies will be the tools to free our minds and nurture our spirits. The InterPlay Inspiration Deck will be a featured resource. Other forms that will inspire the day are: Thai massage, Skinner Releasing, Meridian Tapping, BrainDance, One Brain, InterPlay and more! This day will be a proactive way to pamper yourself, individually and in a healthy, safe community. There will be space and time for deep breaths, individual attention, and group play. Bring a question and anticipate answers!

Leaders
Anita Bondi
Anita discovered InterPlay during her senior year at East Stroudsburg University in 1986. Almost a decade later, when her dance injuries threatened to end her movement career, she came back to improvisation and became a certified InterPlay leader. It saved her life and that is the truth! It has opened up doors and windows that she would have never seen. All of this has led her to the creation of The InterPlay Inspiration Deck. The deck was released in 2009 and consists of 22 of the principles and practices of InterPlay brought to life with stories, colors and symbols. It is a great tool for seasoned InterPlayers, as well as an easy , delightful introduction to InterPlay for anyone else! http://www.anitabondidesigns.com
