explore your everyday spirituality
Living our BodySpirit
CC King

Concord, MA
Sunday, October 31, from 1-4pm
This workshop offers a safe place to discover, discern, and welcome the wisdom of the body through practices that develop ease in movement, voice, stillness, and sharing stories. Beginning with one-hand dances, one-breath songs, hand-to-hand movement with partners and thirty-second stories about light-hearted and meaningful topics, explore the power of witnessing, noticing and affirmation in soul work.
We will explore our everyday spirituality while?:
Dancing on behalf of others
“Exforming" the information overload in our body
Retrieving soul by including the body
Meditating through movement
Discerning through body wisdom
Affirming and be affirmed.
InterPlay opens paths of connection between people of all sorts: in prison, schools, between cultures and faiths. It’s great for anyone interested in reintegrating body mind heart and spirit in an elegant, creative manner, regardless of your definition of ‘soul’ or ‘spirit’. Humanists are welcome!
