At this workshop we will explore some of the basic forms of InterPlay. Whether you consider yourself naturally creative or not, if you wish to have more ease in life, InterPlay offers tools to guide you on your way! InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body through easy, fun, and life-changing incremental “forms” that lead participants to movement and stories, silence and song, ease and amusement.

Cost: $10 - $20 sliding scale

Monadnock Aikikai is a Japanese Martial Arts Studio,132 Davis Street, Keene, NH 03431 and located at the corner of Davis and Ralston Streets. Davis Street is off Main Street, a few streets south of the Colonial Theatre. It is a street level walk-in facility blessed with lots of windows and light... and a 6-inch deep mat covers the entire floor! There are bathrooms, changing rooms and a refrigerator to keep light snacks during a workshop or class. Free parking right outside the door. Enter at marked door located at the back of the building.

Áine E. deDanaan, MDiv, Dipl. ABT, guides people to navigate life transitions with clarity, grace, creativity, and courage. Ordained by her Celtic ancestors, certified as an InterPlay leader, and a seasoned Asian Bodywork Therapist; she graduated from Pacific School of Religion in 2003, studying dance & creative arts as tools for: transformation & spiritual wellness, worship, and dream work. Áine embraces joy through playful, regenerative practices, parents two daughters--one with complex medical and educational needs, and supports clients with chronic and neurodegenerative diseases.
