InterPlay - an active, creative process that unlocks the wisdom of your body through simple experiences based in movement, storytelling, song and stillness. You will find creative energy for your life while building a strong supportive community.
In an atmosphere of ease and fun, InterPlay reconnects you to the wisdom of your body - the body knowledge rediscovered when you pay attention to your own experience. We are often cut off from that wisdom by the expectations of others, external authorities, fear, repression, trauma or grief. You will gain profound insights from the simplest of activities, confidence in your ability to respond in the moment and access the healing grace for your everyday life. No experience with dance or singing or theater is needed – this is about YOU and the unique creativity you probably don't know you possess.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a snack. Backjacks are handy!
The street level Common House has bathrooms, a living room, dining room, play room and kitchen.
