bless, release, affirm!

A Ceremony of Wings

A December 31 Retreat & Ritual
Cynthia Winton-Henry

Oakland, CA

December 31, 2011 - 11 am to 6:45 pm

A special end of year event to bless and release 2011, affirm moments of grace and get your wings for anything that got easier, or shifts you made!

Begin with getting present to body and soul. Then enter into InterPlay's fun practices to recall wisdom and celebrate growth in playful, rich ways: Move, breathe, be still, shake things out, give voice, speak in plain or crazy ways, and find the poetry of your year!

Conclude with one of InterPlay's most beloved rituals: Singing and Dancing in the Dark while creating a Pine Branch Labyrinth. This is a candlelit, contemplative dance with the tree of life. A chance to offer ourselves to the dance of change. Witnesses are welcome.

Potluck Lunch - bring your own lunch or something tasty to share.
