Improvising With Hope in These (R)Evolutionary Times

Leah Mann

Vashon Island, WA

July 7, 9am to 8:30pm, Lelavision Studio, Vashon Island, WA

A day of evolved playfulness using InterPlay forms as jumping off point, tool kit and think-tank basics for creative problem solving in these times of change. We'll do just a little ranting about the state of the world then step into possibility mode. Together we'll experience mutated combinations such as, Get on, get off, get over it + "15 Powerful Things Happy People Do Differently", Futzing toward enlightenment, Passive/Communal Exformations, Babylon (Gate of God) Babbling ...coming up from the rubble, and even a Stone Soup meal + Walk, Stop, Run w/ 3 Sentence Stories. ....Inspired by this biological example of resilience: In the beginning of time, monera (algae) overproduced, ruined their environment and risked extinction....that is when they invented photosynthesis. Participants will be asked, "If necessity is the mother of invention, how will you evolve? What will you create in your life, your community, and our world"?
