Phoenix, AZ

Friday April 26 6:30-9pm Saturday April 27 9:30-12, 1-4.

Get ready to create more ease, community, grace, energy, and joy in all parts of life. Join in with InterPlay's active creative way to unlock your body’s wisdom. Experiment with stretching, breathing, moving your hand in dance, 3-sentence stories, fake folk dancing, fake foreign languages…and in the process build very real opportunities for your body, mind, heart, and spirit to work together again. InterPlay is a system of ideas and practices that can help you reshape your life and communities. It allows us to have all of our passion and all of our purpose. We can shift from a work ethic to an ethic of play—from “life is hard” to “life can be easier.” This workshop is suitable for adults of all ages and abilities – all you have to do is “show up!”

Cost: $199, $60 Friday only. 140 for Saturday only.

Registration/Information: Housing and event info contact Dana Keller 480/789-3785 or dkmtw@cox.net or the InterPlay office at 510-465-2797, info@interplay.org
