Come and play with the dance between movement and words! Indulge in an affirming, creative process to access your body’s wisdom, information, and inspiration. We will use the simple, accessible forms of InterPlay and some free writing to invite words and poetry/word play in an embodied way. We will move, write, share and savor our creations in the moment. No InterPlay or writing experience needed, just a willingness to play.
