play for progress; play for positivity
Leading, Leaping & Cultivating Community
Lowell Women's Week
CC King and
Anne Mulvey

Lowell , MA
Wednesday March 2, 3-5pm
Come Play for Change—stretch, move, breathe and tell stories. Use easy, simple exercises to engage in and reflect on ways that you lead and follow—and explore what these choices give us. InterPlay is an active creative way to unlock the wisdom of your body that opens up connections among individuals and groups to cultivate positivity and community. And, it’s an active creative way to integrate body, mind, heart, and spirit no matter how you define “spirit.” Any body can do it. Come as you are in comfortable clothing.
Gather at UTEC Inc. for a reflective and energizing session during the week's activities of Lowell Women's Week. Learn more at lowellwomensweek.org
