We are overwhelmed, over-committed and are losing sight of the joy of living. We are inundated by information and starved for skin-to-skin reassurance. We are part of our planet yet think we are above it. How can we best live our busy lives so that we can keep going and not burn out or get sick?
And how does the wider culture run roughshod over the wisdom of the body in search of fame and fortune?
Complex life can be lived fully and with grace if we pay attention to the full range of our experience and knowing.
Come find out how we can survive as individuals, as communities and as a planet! And eat a cupcake!
