Wednesday, December 4—Brains on the Move
Did you know that unless you move, part of your brain will remain asleep? What do you think all those nervy connections that carry info to the brain are all about?
What will we miss out on entirely if we don’t understand the relationship between movement and all sorts of interesting, inspiring and illuminating experience?
You may find out that you or someone you care about is a “kinesthetic learner.” Sitting like a lump will not get us where we need to go. And why are we so afraid of moving in certain ways? What happens if we move beyond social/physical awkwardness?
Come find out more about how you can move yourself into new life! And eat a cupcake! Also!
