Wednesday, February 12—Need & Greed
What's enough? What's too much?
Deep down inside us lives a not-too-attractive monster with several arms that wants to grab it all up—whatever it is that we want, need, want, need, want. These are deep body impulses that affect us individually and at all levels of group life.
How do we balance our needy, greedy selves with our generous, sharing side? We know that generosity really works, too, and that it good for our bodyspirits!
Phil will look at this sticky mess from the personal to the global. Money is right there in the middle of it—how we handle it ourselves and how the world does it. Let's bring this stuff into the light of day!
And eat a cupcake!
James Schattauer is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and Minnesota InterPlayer who for a good long time has been making music and performing for crowds from the youngest to the wisest. He has a new CD out called "One: Songs from the Universal Heart."
