The cycle of fall start up, winter dreaming and spring rebirth is taxing which is why I am setting aside time for art, meditation, and rest. I look forward to supporting a space for writing, dance, music, composition, or crafting with meditation teacher Connors McConville, a funny, wise, accomplished guide. A somatic therapist and hospice chaplain who dances with Joy Lutz Dance Company, Connors is one of the wisest, most playful mystics I know. Plus he speaks fluent Thai and teaches InterPlay.

The gentle, joyful rhythm for each day includes space to follow your mystic path!!!

ABOUT THE FACILITY Santa Sabina is located behind Dominican College in San Rafael California. Nestled against wooded hills in Marin County and designed as a monastic novitiate with inner courtyard, gardens, and spaces for prayer, the Center opened its doors to spiritual seekers of all traditions in 1970. Contemplative roots permeate this sacred space and the basement includes the studio of a wonderful book artist and an open art and meditation space. Click here for directions.
