Let's take a breath together...

Dream and Play!!

An Afternoon of Drumming, Journeying and InterPlay with Sage Lewis and Heather Baradan
Gigi Koser Baradan

St Paul, MN

Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014 • 2-6 pm

Gathering in a sacred circle of playful men and women you shake out a hand - then another hand - while you stretch, laugh, warm up your body and ignite your spirit.
The drum begins to beat, as your mind and body move into a place of blissful stillness. You find yourself riding on the back of a magnificent buffalo through the prairie as the drum brings you deeper into your journey. You hear the strong breath of this wild and gentle animal at it carries you gracefully across the earth – running, swimming, moving to the rhythm of Mother Nature.
As you return from this dreamlike state, we invite you into gentle, playful movements to explore and share your experience. Unlock your body wisdom!
Share the day with a playful community in a safe, fun, loving environment!

Leaders
Gigi Koser Baradan
Gigi Baradan is a life-long student and teacher of many healing modalities, including laughter, play, spiritual deepening and flu shots. She has been InterPlaying for over 20 years, and leading for over 10. She says it keeps her flexible in both body and spirit. Playfulness has been a potent antidote to her conservative upbringing and to her "serious" profession as a pharmacist. Perhaps her favorite InterPlay practice is simply to "take a deep breath and let it out with a sigh". It's Transformative every time!
