ExuberDance: Beyond Longing and Belonging

Weekend PlayShop!
Anita Bondi and Leah Mann

Vashon Island, WA

May 22-24 Check in begins on Friday at 4:00pm with dinner at 5:30pm through Sunday afternoon.

In this “until further notice, celebrate everything” Memorial weekend workshop, we will look past the need to belong to someone and something and celebrate the connection to ourSelves and to all things. Long time InterPlay Master Teachers, Anita Bondi and Leah Mann will use art, ritual, humor, movement, rest, and play to incrementally move from stress to grace - from disowning parts of ourselves into commemorating all of ourselves.

As we enshrine ourselves in the present moment, we will surrender and ground with gravity’s call and dance. We will tend to the lightness and vulnerabilities of our beings taking special care to access our deep inner authority and body wisdom.

There will be time to reconnect and nurture self, as well as time to connect into the support, accumulated energy, and joy of community with wholesome exchanges of heart.

And so much more. Time with Anita and Leah is always a moving, deep adventure into the moment. They bring humor and big hearts to all that they do and are always excited to bridge East Coast “thrust" with West Coast to “hang” , “shaping” incredible moments while “swinging” with what shows up.

Come for the whole weekend or for a day or for a single session. The registration deadline to include meals and/or housing is May 18th. After that date drop-ins are welcome $50 per session. Sign up today!

Leaders
Anita Bondi
Anita discovered InterPlay during her senior year at East Stroudsburg University in 1986. Almost a decade later, when her dance injuries threatened to end her movement career, she came back to improvisation and became a certified InterPlay leader. It saved her life and that is the truth! It has opened up doors and windows that she would have never seen. All of this has led her to the creation of The InterPlay Inspiration Deck. The deck was released in 2009 and consists of 22 of the principles and practices of InterPlay brought to life with stories, colors and symbols. It is a great tool for seasoned InterPlayers, as well as an easy , delightful introduction to InterPlay for anyone else! http://www.anitabondidesigns.com
