Where move is what we do and Change is how we play.
This weekend training shares the InterPlay process as a way to explore social movements, our personal connection to them, and how we each are changing the world. Agnotti Cowie, InterPlay's Millennial Liaison is coming from Chicago to lead with input from Bay Area millennials and InterPlay cofounder Cynthia Winton-Henry! This experience offers 1) a wonderful way to share our stories, express our voices and move to our movements, 2) develop greater ability to see, hear, and feel guidance from the wisdom of our bodies 3) learn concrete tools that you can apply in your daily life and work, like exformation, body wisdom practices, easy focus, and the physicality of grace useful for everyone from teachers to students, artists to politicians, from the streets to your home..
The best part? You get practices that teach groups and individuals to tap into their artistic authority and positively affect other people. You'll find new access to your stories, movement and voice. You'll experience powerful integration of mind, body, heart and spirit and discover quick ways to gain community connection.
InterPlay celebrates body diversity! We want people of all size, shape, ability, race, culture, gender, sexuality, belief, and nationality. Expect to laugh, savor and relax. Expect to be surprised by what you can do!
InterPlay is a worldwide community of artist-activists who believe in their ability to change the world through creative expression developed over the last twenty-five years by Phil Porter and Cynthia Winton-Henry.
