Racial Healing through Embodied Wisdom

Cambridge, MA

FRIDAY SEPT 30th, 7pm - 9pm & SUNDAY OCT 2nd, 2pm - 6pm

Join leaders, Katrina Browne & Leslie Salmon Jones... Come tap into 'embodied racial knowing.' Rather than just coming from our heads, we'll open our hearts and discover the deep wisdom of our bodies and souls on matters of racial identity, racism, white privilege, listening to the ancestors, and healing racial wounds in ourselves and in society. We'll draw on accessible forms of movement, story-telling, yoga, singing, African dance, stillness, and being part of the "group body." All are welcome, no experience necessary. Drums and rhythm by Jeff Jones. For more info and to register: WWW.AFROFLOWYOGA.COM
