Hello, friends! We have now finalized our plans for our exciting visit from RANDY NEWSWANGER, a long-time InterPlayer who is coming to our community to focus on InterPlay story-telling skills! In 1997 Randy Newswanger moved to San Francisco to learn InterPlay from Phil and Cynthia. He fell in love with the craft of InterPlay storytelling and consistently uses the information to build connection in community and help people find delight and surprise. He is a master of incremental steps. He now lives in Pennsylvania and would be delighted to hear you craft your story no matter what storytelling experience you do (or don't) already have. Here are the opportunities for you to get this exciting opportunity to PLAY with Randy! Bring your friends. This event will be great for both InterPlayers and non-InterPlayers. Wednesday January 11th: Randy will be leading Wednesday playgroup. We will keep the cost to our usual sliding scale of $10-20, but encourage you do donate more, if you can, to help us pay Randy! Friday night January 13- from 7-9pm $25 We will be meeting at Springhouse Ministries at 610 W. 28th Street in Minneapolis (Uptown). FYI: The church is doing some carpet cleaning, so we may be asking you to remove your street shoes at the door, so you might wish to have your indoor shoes/slippers ready to go! Saturday Jan 14- 9:30 am to noon and 1pm to 3:00pm- $30 for half day, $50 for the whole day Our day-long event will also be at Springhouse Ministries. We hope you can make it for the whole day as the afternoon session will build on the morning session.FYI: On Saturday the church is doing some carpet cleaning, so we may be asking you to remove your street shoes at the door, so you might wish to have your indoor shoes/slippers ready to go! Also we might not be able to use the lounge area for lunch because of the carpet cleaning. Sunday night Jan 15- 7pm to 9pm ($5-20) Randy will come to our Sunday night interplay session from 7-9 at the existing Sunday night space (#16 East 27th Street, Minneapolis).
