Do you have stories to tell? Sharing our stories can deepen our understanding of ourselves and each other. As we craft and tell our stories with other women, we find our own authentic voices and increase our internal authority, dignity, and personal power. In this participatory workshop, you will:
~ Learn seven simple steps to craft your stories, whether joyful, sad, happy, angry, or silly,
~ Listen and be heard in an affirming, sacred space ,
~ Build connection and community with other women
This workshop is specially designed for women who want to learn how to develop and tell their own unique stories. Open to all people who identify as female.
Judith Valerie is an accomplished storyteller and story-circle creator who has performed at many venues, a yoga teacher, workshop facilitator for 30 years, and a certified InterPlay leader.
Place: Cathedral of All Souls Church, 2 Angle St, Biltmore Village, Asheville, NC
Fee: $25 suggested donation. Scholarships are available. (Don’t be shy about asking)

I’m an enthusiastic InterPlayer in Raleigh, NC. I've created and led playgroups, workshops and performances as a certified InterPlay leader for 25 plus years. I particularly enjoy leading movement forms and Big Body Story sessions. I performed with InterPlay's Triangle NC Off the Deep End Ensemble in the 90’s and plan to create new opportunities for InterPlayers to explore, create and perform within a nurturing, life-affirming environment.
