How about...

**Practical tools to assist clients in accessing their own creative resources?

**Trauma-informed techniques that enable clients, students, and ourselves to lessen anxiety, strengthen self-confidence, and learn to trust the wisdom of our bodies?

**Body wisdom practices that encourage deeper, non-verbal connections?

**A more playful approach to addressing tough issues in your workplace setting?

**Art-based activities to elicit fun and healing laughter while the work is getting done?

**More encouragement and support as you carry out the demanding assignments of your helping profession?

**Somatic skills to help navigate the work of racial equity & transformation?

**Community accountability for self-care while you practice community care?

Could it be that gaining more grace and ease for ourselves translates to a more effective helping relationship? That learning to play with “issues” gets us further than “working” on them? In InterPlay we say “Change your practice - change your life!

The Secrets of InterPlay Weekend and the following Life Practice Program for Helping Professionals is a time for self-care, self-reflection and skill-building. As Audre Lorde reminds us - “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”

Come join us for a 4-day "Secrets of InterPlay" live online retreat September 24 - 27th. Immerse yourself in the InterPlay philosophy and practice the tools of artfully unlocking the wisdom of your body in the company of a supportive and joyful creative community.

Learn how you can use the tools and ideas of InterPlay to enhance your work and collaborations with clients, patients, students, interns and other staff. Get your body, mind, heart, and spirit together. Learn more about yourself through connection and community, and how this learning can enhance your effectiveness in your helping profession. Create more ease and fun in your life and in your life’s work.
