2-part Zoom workshop on MENTAL HEALTH DAY gives you a chance to connect with friends (old and new) in a playful way. We'll review the basics of InterPlay so anyone can participate. It will feel so good in so many ways! You can attend one or both sessions (10 AM or 1 PM Pacific time).
