A Gathering of Sensitives: Wisdom for These Times
Tools and Support for our Body and Soul
Cynthia Winton-Henry

Cynthia Gatherings, ONLINE
Friday, Aug 23, 4 to 6 p.m. PST, 6 p.m CST, 7pm EST
70 percent of us, regardless of gender, are sensitive. One-fifth of us are highly sensitive. We feel more, sense more, work more, notice more, and often think more. In volatile climates, it's vital that WE honor 1) one another's sovereignty as souls, 2) metabolize and transform hardship and hostility with creativity, 3) co-create health with all our relations, and 4) honor our own and one another's lineages.
In this free gathering, we'll explore and honor the wisdom of sensitivity as we circle up, listen, support one another, and discern what role we might play in the coming days. We'll honor the support we have and attend to the kind of support we need.
This gathering draws on The Art of Ensoulment: A Playbook on How to Create from Body and Soul by Cynthia, InterPlay Body Wisdom Tools, and a gifted community of coaches who are exploring the body wisdom of soul in personal and professional practices.
Register to attend here.
