8-12 November, 2025, online sessions in Dec'25 and Jan'26

Have you been feeling a bit stretched thin, like you’re running on empty more often than not?

Maybe life has been moving too fast, your energy feels scattered, or your sense of purpose a little foggy. Whether you’re a healer, artist, activist, educator, or simply someone trying to show up for the world (and yourself) with heart—this space is for you.

For the first time in India, the InterPlay Life Practice Program invites you into a journey of ease, creativity, and connection. Through movement, voice, story, stillness, and simple body wisdom practices, we’ll explore ways to return to ourselves—gently and playfully. This isn’t about performing or fixing. It’s about discovering tools to bring more joy, breath, and clarity into everyday life.
