Join us for a midweek gathering for BIPOC / Global Majority community members to land, reconnect with our bodies, and be in community.
Led by Litha Rodriguez, this session explores “where we land”—when we emigrate, when we make a new place home, and when we are in transit, finding continuity in who we are. Together, we’ll move with the stories we carry and the spaces we inhabit.
Through embodied InterPlay practices, we’ll invite connection, expression, rest, and reflection—creating space to arrive as we are, held in safety, curiosity, and belonging.
🌞✊🏽🍉💚🌻🫂🌈
Wednesdays are for BIPOC–Global Majority community members and facilitated by BIPOC Certified Leaders (CLs) and Leaders in Training (LITs).
