The InterPlay Life Practice Program is an active, creative way to change your life and change your world. This five month program in the DC region will meet in-person and online.

Immerse yourself in the system of InterPlay—ideas and practices that can move you from where you are to where you would like to be.

Find freedom through movement, story, sound, and stillness, and discover creative ways to change what you want to change in your life.

You may use this supportive, affirming community to help you shape your life in ways that are best for you. You will get individual attention from program leaders who will help you identify your personal desires and intentions.

Although some previous experience with InterPlay is encouraged, there are no prerequisites for taking part in the InterPlay Life Practice Program.

Elements of the Life Practice Program

• A series of regular gatherings over 5 months in 2026-27 for play, presentation, discernment, and interaction, where you will have a chance to explore new options in a supportive community.

Three focus sessions during which you receive personal support from the program leaders to get more of what you want.

Reading, writing, and sharing practices which will help us apply InterPlay insights to our own life, based on the digital texts: Having it All - Body, Mind, Heart & Spirit Together Again At Last and The Wisdom of the Body. These reflections can take many different forms: writings, letters, artwork, poetry, photography, video/audio recordings, etc.

• The InterPlay 8 Core Elements Self-Study and an InterPlay Life Practice Program booklet that will give you a more in-depth understanding of the InterPlay system.

• A Body-Spirit Celebration during the final weekend to play with the InterPlay forms and share them with each other in a celebratory and honoring way.
