Did you know playing is a spiritual practice? This "untensive " introduces InterPlay's most basic spritual practices. They are rooted in universal forms of expression-our movement, stories, and voice. InterPlay is easy and doable but also challenging and rewarding. It creates connections with self and others and promotes a community that is open and accepting.
