During this retreat, we will use the simplest forms in movement, voice, story and stillness so you can follow your spiritual path with a new kind of spontaneity and joy.
There will be opportunities to stretch and move, to tell stories and be silent, to reflect and write. We also look forward to experiencing the the great outdoors on the shores of Lake Michigan! No experience necessary. YOU START RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE!
