Body, mind, heart and the mystery of spirit are really one rooted in our physicality. And yet many of us - especially men – live mostly in our heads, cut off from our feelings and other important information in our bodies. This can lead to stress, conflict in relationships, and general boredom. Tom Henderson and Billy Amoss will lead participants in the safe, incremental forms of InterPlay to allow the power of play and creativity to stretch and enliven us. Through movement, storytelling, vocalizing, and stillness, we will reconnect with our desires, our dreams, and the satisfaction of living in a whole-bodied way. When we leave we will take these gifts back into our daily lives. No previous InterPlay experience required!
