InterPlayce is hosting an interactive art installation with Mary Sobrina Kuder, Cynthia Winton-Henry, Sharon Pavelda and InterPlay friends. This event is FREE! Bring your friends to experience a night of whimsy, fun and festival. Celebrate art and artists who don''t take themselves too seriously!

The Art Murmur is a neighborhood event on the first Friday evening of every month. All of the art galleries in the neighborhood are open starting at 6:00 PM, so feel free to roam around and see other art exhibits as well.

Please join Mary, Cynthia, Sharon and other InterPlay revelers on Friday night. Costumes are highly encouraged (though not required)!

InterPlayce is the center of the InterPlay universe. The offices for Body Wisdom, Inc. are also located here. The building is at the corner of 23rd and Telegraph, one block north of West Grand. It is just a few blocks from the 19th Street Downtown Oakland BART station, and on several convenient bus lines. On-street parking is always available at night and metered during the day. Cynthia Winton-Henry, co-founder of InterPlay with Phil Porter, has researched "what the body wants" in the arts, in jails, shelters, slums, hospitals, churches, businesses, classrooms, doctoral programs in theology and the arts, and in multicultural education. She develops somatic curriculums to address racism, leadership for the Earth, and spiritual intelligence with an eye to supporting millennials. A featured speaker on the Body Intelligence Summit and a keynoter at conferences, Cynthia is the author of What the Body Wants, Having It All: Body, Mind, Heart & Spirit Together Again at Last; Dance - A Sacred Art: Discovering the Joy of Movement as Spiritual Practice, Chasing the Dance of Life: A Faith Journey, and The Art of Ensoulment: A Playbook on How to Create From Body and Soul.. Mary is also a performer, costumer,
group facilitator and spiritual student.

Workshops.
Her goal: To challenge, empower and

and themselves anew.
To explore their own creative, authentic core
And their connection to others.

Her life journey thus far is rich indeed. Of
French and Native American descent, she is
Multi-lingual multi-cultural, living, creating,
And working in Mexico, as well as with the
Indigenous people of Central Australia.
Being challenged at a young age by alcohol
Mary is grateful to be in recovery
for over 25 years.
In 1990 Mary discovered InterPlay
And has been a Certified InterPlay Life
Practice Leader since 1995. She has led
ARTPlay on Alternative Education campuses
with At Risk youth. She also creates
Unique workshops, playgroups,
Events and retreats for individuals, groups
And Corporations.
Her paintings have been shown at MOCA in Los Angeles,
San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Rental Gallery,
M.H.de Young Museum San Francisco as well as
Public and Private Collections around the world.
She has performed in The Unbelievable Beauty of
Being Human in Oakland, San Francisco, Mendocino,
Nashville, Sedona, Santorini, Sydney, Adelaide.
