This third annual InterPlay retreat for men is an opportunity to bring more ease, energy and authenticity to our lives. At the heart of the retreat will be the playful exploration of the truth that physicality is basic to who we are. Many of us live mostly in our heads, cut off from our feelings and other important information in our bodies. This can lead to stress, conflict in relationships, and general boredom. Tom Henderson and Billy Amoss will lead participants in the safe, incremental forms of InterPlay to allow the power of play and creativity to stretch and enliven us. Through movement, storytelling, contact, and stillness we will reconnect with our desires, our dreams, and the satisfaction of living in a whole-bodied way. No previous InterPlay experience required!

Billy has been a certified InterPlay leader in the Washington, D.C. area for over 20 years. He delights in the power of InterPlay to bring us fully alive. Billy is the Executive Director of RVF, a DC-based non-profit development organization that finances and manages international children's health programs.
