Meet Dr. Ginny Whitelaw and learn more about Primary Movement Patterns: Driver, Collaborator, Organizer, and Visionary (a.k.a. Thrust, Swing, Shape, and Hang). Ginny does a great job at grounding these patterns in the body and expanding them into the applications of business, work, and daily life.
The blurb on the book says, “Based on the combined work and research of Betsy Wetzig’s Coordination Pattern Training which uses our neuromuscular, mental-movement link of behavior, and co-author Ginny Whitelaw, executive coach and leadership consultant, the book Move to Greatness brings a revolutionary concept which will help people reach their full leadership potential. InterPlayce is the center of the InterPlay universe. The offices for Body Wisdom, Inc. are also located here. The building is at the corner of 23rd and Telegraph, one block north of West Grand. It is just a few blocks from the 19th Street Downtown Oakland BART station, and on several convenient bus lines. On-street parking is always available at night and metered during the day. It is also easily accessible by several of the major freeways.
