Primary Movement Patterns Workshop and Book Signing

Move to Greatness

Oakland, CA

One time event Friday March 21 • 7:30 pm

Meet Dr. Ginny Whitelaw and learn more about Primary Movement Patterns: Driver, Collaborator, Organizer, and Visionary (a.k.a. Thrust, Swing, Shape, and Hang). Ginny does a great job at grounding these patterns in the body and expanding them into the applications of business, work, and daily life.

The blurb on the book says, “Based on the combined work and research of Betsy Wetzig’s Coordination Pattern Training which uses our neuromuscular, mental-movement link of behavior, and co-author Ginny Whitelaw, executive coach and leadership consultant, the book Move to Greatness brings a revolutionary concept which will help people reach their full leadership potential. It reveals that success and failure originate in our use (or misuse) of four fundamental patterns in our nervous system. Out of kilter, these four patterns create ineffective buts in leadership style (“great at making numbers, but hell on staff”) and personal performance (“successful at work, but has no life”). To live wholly, these basic energy patterns must be brought into balance. When fully harnessed and working well they will help us to understand people more easily and deeply, and how to lead them more effectively.”

This interactive book signing party is a great opportunity to dive deeper into these movement patterns!
