Let your sound find its story and your story uncover its dance. Come play in the space where they discover one another and the BIG BODY story is born! Moving incrementally we will have time to sound, sing, move and explore. We will experience fullness in a safe space using InterPlay to guide the way. All this and live improvisational music too!

One thing is clear. I love improvisation. I enjoy it on the stage, in my life, and in my relationships. Nothing is more satisfying, more opening, more informative. I am a dedicated advocate of improvisation and InterPlay as high forms of art.
I enjoy singing, playing guitar and piano, leading InterPlay, stretching myself into new opportunities. I long to be even more playful and I practice singing a simple song in all of my life.

Anita Bondi
Anita discovered InterPlay during her senior year at East Stroudsburg University in 1986. Almost a decade later, when her dance injuries threatened to end her movement career, she came back to improvisation and became a certified InterPlay leader. It saved her life and that is the truth! It has opened up doors and windows that she would have never seen. All of this has led her to the creation of The InterPlay Inspiration Deck. The deck was released in 2009 and consists of 22 of the principles and practices of InterPlay brought to life with stories, colors and symbols. It is a great tool for seasoned InterPlayers, as well as an easy , delightful introduction to InterPlay for anyone else!
