InterPlay Untensive Retreat in Wisconsin

InterPlay is an active creative way to unlock the wisdom of your body. At this InterPlay untensive you will learn simple, fun ways to find out more about yourself and to experience the transforming power of community. Through powerful, practical ideas and a system of practices rooted in storytelling, movement, song and stillness, you gain access to the wisdom residing in your body. This residential 3-day retreat will take place at the Bjorklunden Conference Center, a 465 acre estate on Lake Michigan.

The retreat will be led by Phil Porter, a masterful, embodied teacher, performer and storyteller. His national and international storytelling workshops are frequently waitlisted. In incremental steps he can facilitate experiences where individuals and groups tell stories of surprising humor and depth.



Course meets the qualifications for 20 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behaviorial Sciences. CEUs PE 2583
Refunds will be given up to two days before the event, minus a 20.00 processing fee.

Cost: Tuition and Room/Board is $615 by April 12th/ $665 after. Daily rates for local commuters available upon request.

Phil is one of the founders of InterPlay. He is a teacher, performer, writer, and organizer. With Cynthia Winton-Henry he is the co-founder of WING IT! Performance Ensemble, and has written several books, some in collaboration with Cynthia, including Having It All: Body, Mind, Heart & Spirit Together Again at Last and The Slightly Mad Rantings of a Body Intellectual Part One. Phil is particularly interested in the use of InterPlay in organizational life, and believes that InterPlay can be a powerful tool to create communities of diversity and peace.
