Gratitude is one of the most powerful forms of outward expression that we have. Using InterPlay which is a creative practice for unlocking the Wisdom of the Body through Movement, Music, Story and Stillness and ancient African rituals and chants we will spend the day reflecting on and playing with all that we are grateful for. The day will include but not be limited to:

• Songs, dances and stories of gratitude (InterPlay) • Drumming our rhythms of thanksgiving • Dance of gratitude, Dance of the ancestors and dances of the four directions • Making a gratitude collage and other visual art • Celebrating Obama's victory and the fulfilment of so many dreams We will create an alter so please feel free to bring pictures of people you are grateful for, objects that express gratitude to you or that you are grateful for and rhythm instruments to play with.

Cost: Sliding scale $55 to $75 each day
