InterPlay is an active creative way to unlock the wisdom of your body. At this InterPlay “Untensive” you will learn simple, fun ways to find out more about yourself and to experience the transforming power of community. Through powerful, practical ideas and a system of practices rooted in storytelling, movement, song and stillness, you gain access to the wisdom residing in your body.

Cynthia Winton-Henry is one of the founders of InterPlay. She is a teacher, performer, writer, and organizer. She has written the book What the Body Wants and the newly published memoir Chasing the Dance of Life. Cynthia is interested in the use of InterPlay for individual and group healing, fostering freedom, and innovating down to earth strategies for playing with life issues.

Course meets the qualifications for 12 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behaviorial Sciences. CEUs PE 2583

Refunds will be given up to two days before the event, minus a 20.00 processing fee.
