In an effort to keep costs down in these times, the ''urban,'' non-residential retreat affords us to have a communal retreat experience, and stay in our homes. This 3- day Untensive will be led by master InterPlay teacher, Krista Gemmell Harris, and InterPlay storyteller extraordinaire, Randy Newswanger. With humor and ease, Krista and Randy, will explore the wealth of InterPlay forms that both welcome and guide your innate creativity. This event is appropriate for both new and experienced folk, and is sure to offer bountiful laughter, relaxation, community connection, and the space to challenge yourself in a safe, supportive environment.
Body Wisdom BCEU approval # 2583. Course meets the qualification for 20 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Refunds will be given up to two days before the event minus a $20 processing fee.

Neighborhood parking. Along 3rd Ave W there is a single door entrance with a stained glass window beside it. Come in that door and go up the stairs and through the double doors to the Fellowship Hall. Wear layers!
Leaders
Randy Newswanger
Randy has degrees in physics and divinity. His experience includes teaching high school math and physics, working in philanthropy, and turning doodles into fine art prints. He desires to build just and sustainable communities, is exploring forest gardening, and tries to incorporate InterPlay philosophy as a core decision making tool in his life.
Krista Gemmell Harris
Krista loves moving and playing with people. She is a gifted teacher and master InterPlay leader who has a long history of inspiring people to find more joy, ease, and wisdom in being bodies. Krista has been leading InterPlay since 1993. She is one of the original InterPlay pioneers who helped create InterPlay communities and Life Practice Programs outside the Bay area.
Krista has an M.F.A. in Dance and is certified in both Laban Movement Analysis and InterPlay. Authentic Movement, Insight Meditation and Shibashi QiGong also inform and enrich her life and work. Krista has been an advocate for both deepening the experience of stillness in InterPlay and for bringing more playfulness into her meditation communities. Along with other InterPlayers, Krista is beginning to explore how the InterPlay tools and forms can be used to support social action education and change.
